Alexander John-Jules brings over 6 years of service in the Rifles Regiment of the British Army, where he honed his expertise in military operations, leadership, and strategic planning. His time in the army equipped him with invaluable skills in high-stress environments, teamwork, and decision-making. Following his military service, Alexander spent a few years working in the civilian security sector, where he specialized in risk management, security protocols, and threat assessment. His extensive background in both military and security operations has shaped his pragmatic, disciplined approach to protecting people and assets. Alexander’s dedication to excellence and his commitment to service are key pillars of Talon Security Solutions. His goal is to combine his operational experience with a deep understanding of security needs, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all clients.
Shaye Jones
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Shaye Jones brings over 10 years of experience within the security industry, having worked in various roles such as door supervision, manned guarding, and close protection. His extensive knowledge in these areas has made him a seasoned expert in the security field. In addition to his civilian security experience, Shaye served for six years in The Rifles Regiment of the British Army, where he gained invaluable skills and leadership abilities in high-pressure environments. His time in the armed forces instilled in him a deep commitment to discipline, loyalty, and teamwork—values that he now brings to Talon Security Solutions. Shaye is passionate about using his military and security expertise to protect others and support the veteran and civil services communities.
